Why did you choose vegetarianism?

I'll tell you why, because it is the healthiest option. They were forced to eat meat. If you go back to the dawn of time you will find that man – ADAM – had fruit for food and an apple on it. Would not surprise me if this is why we have the old saying "An Apple A Day keeps the doctor away." This in itself speaks volumes. Think about it for a minute – if it is assumed that the meat would have the first ADAM & EVE which were not eating fruit.

Overall dates back to years of human beings who have nothing to eat, but plant foods such as fruits root vegetables and somehow we've reached a point where humanity believes that we must eat meat to survive. My mother, for example, tells me that we should eat meat – but when defined the meat is talking about red meat – Lamb – Beef – Beef. Chicken or fish alone will not be enough for her. She said that she moves without the red meat.

I seriously think that people get this way due to years and years of life on this diet, their bodies become so used to it so that when they get in this way because they have lost a day or two of red meat, of course, their bodies are feeling. It's like anything else – is what your body adjusts to a.

I decided to become part-time vegetarian a few years ago. At that point in my life had not even heard of the word "vegan". I I had no idea that vegetarianism was much less true that all the other guys were. I thought I simply do not eat meat and that was it. Took some time but the Eventually my body got so used to this way of eating that when I ate something on the rare occasion, such as meat, my body do all sorts of horrible things. Thus has come to the reality that if continuously followed this way of eating from the time of my body thanked me and I felt a million dollars.

There is, however, much more than that. There are several types of vegetarians —

Lacto-V no animal products except for milk – cheese – yogurt, etc.

Vegan – To me these guys are real vegetarians – Do not eat anything that comes from animals that ever – no cheese or eggs or milk or honey, as this comes from a living being, I guess that is the logic in it.

There is also —

Ovo-V-eat anything that comes from animals, except for eggs – not milk – that is milk yogurt, etc.

Vegans versus other types of vegetarianism.

What ever the case you will find that eventually, those who eat less red meat or animal products will feel and look much better as they age compared to their carnivorous counterparts.

I do not know about you but I I do want to age slowly as it transpires to age rapidly, that's for sure.
