Knowing … Vegetarian Christmas dinner ideas?

Hello I'm a vegetarian and I've never celebrated Christmas with the traditional dinner. Now I live with my husband and family who have traditional turkey, etc (all eat meat, including fish except me-I was thinking that I am a vegetarian who could bring something new to the table a plate dinner area, a main and a desert, possibly (depending on how long it takes all). Until now, Christmas traditon wise, I found roasted squash with rice as a main. Please, could you give me suggestions on some other delicious Christmas food? I also plan to make a surprise the meat / fish dish, I found a recipe stuffed sea bass wrapped in sliced ham and cut into little sections … Do you think this would be good or is there some easier suggestions?

I to do this every year for my family and they are meat eaters. I cook a roast nut / pan, let it go cold, roll puff pastry or short. I'll cut bread by half instead of half of the dough, then slice of cheese and fresh tomatoes, put in half the bread. Place the other half in the top rap, then the dough and bake about. You can use others as stuffed with mushrooms and spinach. Another quick recipe with lentils is that tickles my family to lentils.Cook of a batch of mashed lentils until soft, mix with black pepper, Chile, grated cheese and egg, and place in baking dish. It goes like a cake, but remains a treatment. Just a little different. Another quick dish. Cook Savoy cabbage leaves, strain and dry. Cut the stem leaves left intact. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes from a good strong blue cheese if you can get, black pepper, chopped onion. Place a large spoonful of the mixture of the leaf and wrap as parcel. When you have enough to put in the baking dish and bake until golden, serve with food.Makes other change to peas.
