Then I saw the thing online for this and have to pay but does not want to pay anyone have a meal plan Intelligent maybe a week or something? I'm vegetarian by the way and want to lose about 5-10 pounds in 2 weeks
Im not sure of a meal plan, but … for wrestling, if someone is overweight coach makes us put on snow pants .. a coat of snow … covered with a black plastic bag (which rears its head and is like your wrapped in a garbage bag) and makes runs on 45 … minutes without stop running that is able to lose 6 – no joke 10 pounds
