diet for maximum weight or fat loss?
im starting the plan. I'm sick of this body and I want to change! I need to lose 42 pounds to reach my ideal weight. but of course I want to lose maximum fat too! I want a completely lean, sculpted body tone, not just a little weight loss. Need help with what to do .. especially the prudent diet. I'm a vegetarian, what should i eat? please help! I want to make this right!
