What do you think about this plan to lose weight?
I want to lose weight and this is the plan I came up with. Please let me know if you think this is healthy and will take me to lasting results. I am not looking for a crash diet, this is a new lifestyle for me. Please give me your honest answers. I am also a vegetarian, which is why food choices. MEAL PLAN: * Breakfast: Egg whites, wheat toast and fruit. * Lunch: A sandwich or salad. Dinner: varies, but this is an example of a dinner. Baked potatoes, pasta and a vegetable. * Snacks: fruit, 100 calorie snack bag, veggie chips, etc. My training will be like this: * Cardio every morning * Strength training 3 days a week also, I drink only water and hate to sweets. So this sounds like a good plan and I expect positive results from this?
Try to stay out of the potatoes. Starch used to help to lose weight. Sweet potatoes are good though. Other than that, seems a good diet.
