Building muscle thin, with a vegetarian diet …?
I've been training for a fitness COMPITITION reaching and have been eating fish and chicken (which used to be a vegetarian) and now I have decided not to go back to eating meat (personal choice). My coach is very upset and wondered if anyone has trained a vegetairian before my days and what food should look like? I am 5 "100 pounds feet of a woman, any meal plan would be very helpful, thanks ….

I've been told, over the years that simply can not build muscle without protein. Animal's products are generally considered the easiest / quickest way to that protein, so that trainers recommend the consumption of meat. Each personal trainer I've had (I used to do weightlifting) always insisted that eating meat. That said, however, there are ways to get protein in a vegetarian diet or vegan. Soybeans, dry (2oz) 18g protein Peanuts, fresh (2 oz) 13g Black-eyed beans, nuts (2 ounces) dried lentils 12g (2 oz) 12g red beans, dried (2 oz) 11g Cashew nuts (2oz) 8.9g of baked potato (7 oz) 8.7g Tofu (3.5 oz) Total 8g Wheat bread (1 slice) 5g If you are not a vegan, too can get protein from dairy products like milk, cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese. Yogurt and cottage cheese and acidophilus cultures are better, and my children has peditrician that they are easier for people who are lactose intolerant. I suggest consulting a sports nutritionist.
