Go vegetarian, just go to the supermarket, what do you think?
Okay, I decided to give vegetarians for trying again, and I decided to start today, so I was grocery shopping, so it had some food to get through the week. Heres what I have: white bread, rye bread, muffins onion, Mac & Cheese, a bunch of different flavored rice, oatmeal, yogurt, cheese, Alfredo, pasta salad, three cheese pasta, green beans, tortillas, milk, apples, broccoli, and soup without meat. only had 50 dollars to work with so I couldnt get much, but that sounds like a start right? else you should add to my shopping list next? I forgot, I also peanut butter and jelly. I have lots of vegetables already in the fridge and a large amount of cheese. Im not going to eat pasta and rice all day every day: P is just to add to my meals.
I've been a vegetarian for almost four years and that does not sound like a bad start at all, but in buying canned soup make sure it contains no chicken or meat. A vegetarian diet can be very healthy and beneficial for you, but you must remember that you are removing a source of protein or what to add another! You should try to buy bread with nuts and grains (such as Pepperidge Farm 9 Grain bread) and pasta wheat deal more generally. Try to add some more fruits and vegetables and some soy milk (one great for testing whether you are not really in the idea of soy milk is vanilla silk, which tastes great plain cereal). Last but not least, great-tasting source of protein are chik'n Morningstar pies – meat completely free! And while you're there check out the many other Morningstar products substitute the meat and excellent flavor.
