What do you think of the diet of the Acai Berry?
I keep seeing tons of amount of this diet, and kind of have to wonder … if someone is eating healthy to begin with, is the Acai berry diet really work? Because half the time, if I read about a diet in a magazine tells me to do something that I'm doing and I will lose weight. For example, magazines often say to eat more vegetables. So, like almost all vegetables. I'm a vegetarian. My hunch that's why Acai Berry diet is supposed to be effective is because of the antioxidants. Only problem is that we eat tons of things that have antioxidant every day. I drink green tea, eat lots of fruit, plenty of fiber, often eat mushrooms, etc. So, I wonder if this diet would actually be useful for someone like me. Your thoughts?
