Ingredients

Lava Center

Cooking 120g bittersweet chocolate, chopped
90 ml cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons butter
Chocolate Cake Mix
380g cake flour
80 g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon
125 ml vegetable oil
250 ml water cold
2 teaspoon vinegar

Method

 • Melt the chocolate with the remaining ingredients in a water bath until mixture is smooth
 • Place mixture in refrigerator to chill
 • Every few minutes, beat the mixture until the consistency of bitumen is reached
 • Fill a pastry bag with mixture and pipe chocolate 'cherry' Portion size
 • Put these in the freezer until ready to use for chocolate cake mix

 • Preheat oven to 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) and fat small molds or cups with butter cream and dust with a little flour
 • To make the cake, sift all dry ingredients in a bowl
 • Mix the oil and water and beat in the sifted ingredients until dough is smooth
 • Add the vinegar quickly
 • Fill half of the cups prepared pasta and put in a washing each center
 • Fill with remaining dough until 3 / 4 full and bake for 20 to 25 minutes
 • Remove from oven and serve immediately with your favorite ice cream
