Question vegetarian?
I have some questions about being vegetarian. I know it's part of the fun of being a vegetarian to create your own recipes but what people have creative recipes or any flavor. Lately I've been discovering all the things that kill animals. Because the soap, and even potato chips McDonalds are not vegetarian environment. Can you tell me more? Why are you vegetarian? Finally, How long have you been a vegetarian? THANKS!
I heard that PETA's website has some things on his "good" list, which are not really free animal, so be careful. I never researched this so I'm not sure if it's true or not. Most lotions, shampoos, medication, all with igredient containing "Stear" within ingredients, candies contain gelatin, I heard the red # 5 (or 6) is vegetarian. I'm vegan because I believe it is wrong for a living to go through the poverty and / or death for my own enjoyment, if not necessary for my survival. I just purchased the cookbook "Vegan with a vengeance" and it is impressive.
