What is a great and simple vegetarian dinner?
hi! i’m still stumped on what to cook for my girlfriend for valentine’s day tomorrow/tonight.
i was wondering if anyone has a great tasting and simple recipe which may contain dairy (we aren’t vegan).
maybe eggplant Parmesan? eggplant or peppers stuffed with rice and beans and zucchini? Pasta. Also a must is to make a salad with veggies, maybe beets shaped like hearts, it will be so cute!
