Here is Texas, we call it "Friday Night Lights". High School Football Season! Yes, the madness of the high school football is upon us. For busy families who need to meet and eat at the soccer field, here are a couple of hot sandwiches, baked in foil, which are easy to transport. They are also easy to make and reheat ahead after the game if necessary. For the football season this year, try my pizza burgers Stromboli and easy snacks. Add some fresh vegetables, salsa, soft drinks, and you're good to go!
