vegetarian salad dressing

This is the 34th edition of the weekly 30-minute menus. These are published on a weekly basis, I would like to produce the weekly menus on Thursday or Friday, a grocery store on Saturday, and menus start the week on Sunday.

Happy Fall Ya'll! Fall has arrived with full force in Atlanta – beautiful leaves, fresh air and rain. The menus for this week are to warm and cheer to match the wonderful season (which always pleased me!).

I've included a menu crock pot on Sunday for a 'cook once eat twice' combined with the extra beef is used on Tuesday to save time and money (my favorite things to do). The chicken dishes are quick and easy, on Friday night Double Bean Tortilla batteries are just plain fun.

You will find that the use of various cooking methods, mix and match, to get dinner on the table quickly! (The ingredients in brackets show some of my quick steps of preparation.) You can always replace your favorite made-from-scratch recipes when you have more time.

Sunday:
Eye of Round roast with Peppercorn Sauce (crock pot, gravy mix, save some beef for Tuesday)
Mashed potatoes (vapors frozen)
Chop House Salad (salad dressing jar)
Individual Boston Cream Torte (bought cake, instant pudding mix, chocolate syrup preparation)

Monday:
Tuscan Pasta (pasta in a box, canned cannelloni beans, grated cheese)
Sliced Tomato Salad
Baguette
Peach Cups macaroni (canned peaches bought cookies macaroni)

Tuesday:
Roast Beef and Brie Panini (beef beef from Sunday)
Bread and Condiments (horseradish sauce and Dijon-style prepared mustard)
Tex-Mex Salad (canned black beans, corn, tomatoes, pepper and black olives)
Tapioca Apples over Ice Cream (buy ice cream ice cream to buy extra for Thursday if desired)

Wednesday:
Warm Chicken Salad Chicken Citrus (precooked or canned green leafy vegetables in bags, citrus jar)
Triple maize corn soup (canned, bought corn chips)
Pecan Pie (Pecan bought PIE)

Thursday:
Pork medallions with honey-Dijon Glaze (sirloin pork)
Tomato and white bean sauce (diced tomatoes and canned cannellini beans)
Steamed Brussels Sprouts
Apple strudel (phyllo dough, canned apple pie filling, ice cream purchase is optional)

Friday:
Double Bean Tortilla Stacks (vegetarian, bought tortillas, jar salsa, black beans and canned beans, grated cheese)
Condiments and vegetables (condiment bottle, bags shredded lettuce)
Spanish Rice (canned tomatoes diced)
Chocolate pear tart (the chocolate cookie crust pie, canned pears, jam jar, bottle sweet topping)

Saturday:
Pesto Chicken Chicken breast (boneless, skinless, pesto jar or bottle of pasta sauce if your family does not like pesto)
Linguini (pasta box)
Salad Caprese (Italian dressing jar)
Peach Crisp (canned peaches)
