In Phoenix, there is a vegetarian restaurant called "International Vegetarian House. "Asian-style dishes served mostly Buddhists. I ate there when I was in town last fall, but I thought the food was a little soft, maybe I went on a bad day. You can also find vegetarian options in several Middle Eastern restaurants around town, and at Whole Foods and Wild Oats.
