Resources to go vegetarian without soy or milk products??
My girlfriend and I want to be vegetarians, but that it moves away from milk and soy because is not good for the skin. Does anyone know of any websites or books that can help us do this? Thanks
Try Dr. McDougall. He preaches a foundation plant soy diet with very little, so it's easy to avoid if necessary.
