Vegetarians holdings Morning Star chicken recipes?

I love the chicken strips unbreaded farms morning star does. I put in a tomato sauce with vegetables over the pasta and fajitas made with them. I have also put in salad, but not both. Does anyone have favorite recipes with these? Thanks in advance!

These are phenomenal! http://vegweb.com/index.php?topic=20516.0 "Sour Cream Chicken" Enchiladas These are delicious! And the recipe is a whole bunch. I made 1 pan enchiladas, and use the remaining filling ingredients for quesadillas (use vegan versions): 8 oz. package of strips chik'n "1-2 poblano chiles, roasted, peeled and cubed 1 zucchini, diced 1 medium onion, minced 1 15 1 / 4 oz. can corn, or small frozen 1 bag black beans, drained and rinsed 1 bunch cilantro, chopped 14.5 ounces canned diced tomatoes, drained (only used half a can), or fresh chopped 1 tablespoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon oregano leaves 6.12 oz Tofutti "Better Than Sour Cream", depending on the amount of "milk products" you like. Yo 9 oz or 3 / 4 of a container of 1-2 tablespoons chipotle chile in adobo, pureed or pure 1 16 oz can green enchilada sauce, or homemade if you are not lazy like me! 9 6 on "Guidelines for corn tortillas: First, this recipe actually make two pans of enchiladas. But I love the filling so I made 1 bread enchiladas, and I'll use the rest of the filling of quesadillas, and tasty southwest chicken salad. Roasting or grilling vegetables is a little extra work is worth the time. It gives them more flavor. 1. "Thaw chik'n or tofu. If using tofu, squeeze all the water. Dice up. 2. Drain canned corn or thawed. Combine corn, onion and zucchini into cubes with a very small amount of oil (just enough to coat vegetables), roast or broil in oven at 500 degrees until the onion begins to brown. In fact, like mine a little burnt. You can also grill them. 3. Mix chik'n or tofu, peppers, onions, zucchini corn, drained, cumin, cilantro, beans, cumin, oregano, chipotle and salt to taste. At this point you can only ignore the "cream" if you want an enchilada with less fat. 4. Heat a very small amount of oil in a skillet and saute quickly on each side of corn tortillas, only through the heating. If you do not want the oil added, could only cover the tortillas with a damp paper towel and put them in the microwave. 5. Dip tortillas in enchilada sauce, things and put them in a lightly greased pan. Cover with more sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. I filled mine with tomato and green onion when out of the oven. This recipe comes from http://veganschmeganz.blogspot.com/ and is reprinted with permission.
