Five easy and fun things you can do to destroy the environment
With Earth Day upon us, and all conversations about the damage that humans are doing to the environment, perhaps you feel as if you are not doing their part. Fear not, I've compiled a list of some easy things you can do to have the greatest impact on the environment in the shortest time possible. So, without adeiu more, here they are:
Eating strawberries
I mean non-organic strawberries here. Strawberry production as well as some grape tomatoes and other fruit production still uses Methyl bromide as a pesticide and fungicide. Methyl Bromide (MB) is one of the most harmful chemicals to the ozone layer destroying ozone molecules 50 times faster than other substances that deplete the ozone layer compounds. While outside the law in 1987 as part of the Montreal Protocol, a gap called the "exemption critical use "allows countries to continue using the chemical if they decide that there is no adequate substitute. This exemption has been Protection Agency Environment to approve the use of 4813.5 metric tons of things for 2008. As a bonus, fruits and vegetables that often occur constantly using placed in the top of the more "contaminated" list every year. http://www.foodnews.org/methodology.php
Drink Your Water
You should know that already. The government suggests that drinking eight glasses of water a day, but why not take eight glasses a convenient plastic bottle? Everyone else! Every hour, 2.5 million individual water bottles are thrown away in the United States only. By use of a plastic bottle, you get the added benefit of potentially consume a chemical called bisphenol A (BPA) that is plastic that mimics estrogen natural. Too much estrogen can lead to certain cancers, hampers fertility and in some people.
Fill'er up to biofuel
Two recent studies published in the journal Science provides a vision of a biofuel industry economist. Because biofuels are currently the subject of speculation risk, as well as the promotion of government, more and more farmers are jumping on the bandwagon. This means that crops they use to produce that can not be converted into fuel are grown elsewhere, and most of the time, ecologically valuable lands are converted to agricultural land in place. Time magazine recently published an article that illustrates how this macroeconomic phenomenon is played in one of the most valuable stores of carbon, the Amazon rainforest. In one photo, a small strip of forest is seen against a sea of newly converted agricultural land.

Eat meat – Lots of factory-Criado, Grain-Fed Beef
Vegetarians have been wrong. A great way to stick it to the Mother Nature is to enjoy a serving of beef. If you, like everyone else in the United States serves the councils will have the same impact as putting half a million additional vehicles on the road. Imported meat is better because the gas used to reach you, but at least try to find some animal locally grown food. All the better if raised in a factory farm. The second round could create have the added benefit of introducing bacteria into waterways and killing fish along the road.
Maintain a central bank, "well watered lawns
With water shortages looming in throughout the western U.S. this summer, would only be correct if he had a beautiful lawn. A green lawn is to use a lot of water and a compost heap. Water often, but especially during the hottest hours of the day or when windy. Also, be sure to use lots of nitrogen fertilizer high to keep the grass green. If you're really doing the right thing, you want water very soon after fertilization greatly. Perhaps the second round will set out any fish that are left.
