vegetarian main dishes
I am planning a potluck picnic for about 100 people, how many of each dish should make people take?

The categories I'm thinking are applications and main dishes, vegetarian applications and main dishes, salads, desserts, drinks. Am I missing something?

If you are not going to be 100 people there is 1 dish per person should be enough food. Simply divide your categtories how many people are calling (100 persons / 7 categoies different comes out to about 14 people per category) and should work to sufficient food. Will the supply plates, cutlery, glasses or asking people to bring those too?
