Vegetarian lunch ideas?
I just started my new vegetarian diet and do not know what to eat for lunch, I'm starving. I have a lot of food because I just moved into my new apartment, so you do not have a lot of food. I have hummus, but what do I wear? Ideas, please? Oh, and by the way, I am one lacto-ovo vegetarian.
First, Congratulations on being a vegetarian! 
You can eat hummus with pita chips, crackers, bread, and vegetables like celery, broccoli, etc. You can also oriental half sandwich. Take a round of pita, cut in half (make sure the type of pocket, not the type of sealing) spread inside the pita with hummus bites first, and then pull the lettuce, diced tomatoes, and any additional vegetables of choice. You can make a mean salad oriental style. Ripping a pita bread into bite size pieces. Throw in shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes and onions, hummus, and vegan (or if ur regular lacto veg) of sour cream and olives black. Go crazy, use your imagination vegetarian impressive, but above all, have fun with it! Good lucky!
