Vegetarian living on a budget?
whats your favorite vegetarian meal thats easy to make?
The best thing to eat is salads and the recipe I have is so healthy, you could almost live on it everyday.
Dandelion Leaf,and flowers,
Plantain
Garlic raw chopped or sliced
Olive oil – extra virgin olive oil
Fresh parsley – chopped
Purple Onions or chives or both
Romanian lettuce
baby spinach
Apple Cider vinegar
Add however much you like of each.
I eat this at least 4 times a week sometime more. I promise you will feel great and it is cheap. Should have some growing in your yard.. It is very healthy and add baked fish with lemon /Pepper seasoning bake at 500 degrees for 10 mins or more or until you think it is done enough for you. and it too not considered meat…
If you don’t want the vinegar than use whatever dressing you want but add a least a table spoon of Olive oil great for the heart…
Do a search on goggles on herbs… like Dandelion herb ect…
