Do you really think that after a vegetarian lifestyle with ensuring good health?
Are there any overweight or unhealthy vegetarians. (with Exclusion of genetic disorders or other types of disabilities, etc.)
Well in any type of diet, there are healthy ways and unhealthy ways achieve. I'm sure there are overweight because vegetarians who abuse the poor in carbohydrates or fats. People who chose this diet because of health reasons and morals are not usually health conscious to begin with so they make better food B / C options. Vegetarian diets are generally healthy, because foods that typically restrict those in combination with other types are the most unhealthy ie not lean red meat are high in Cholestrol and when cooked can increase the number of carcinogens consumed.
