eat meat / vegetarianism?
I am a vegetarian boy 15 years old. I usually try to eat healthy by eating a variety of fruits, vegetables and all other good stuff. But I wonder, is it really so important to ensure that follow the vegetarian food pyramid? Like what really has make sure you eat the exact quantities you say. I mean really follow the food guide omnivore?
If new to their vegetarianism, is important to follow the food pyramid, until you learn what is necessary. It becomes second nature after a while. Remember that most of the beans and grains are not complete proteins, by them selves, so be sure to eat together (beans and rice, for example)
