For the Western world has been a gradual shift toward vegetarian cooking. Vegetables are considered a poor food, always force a lack of nutrients. They were in their Most served as boiled or steamed vegetables as a side dish more often. However, with companies expanding and widespread cultural exchange, the culinary world also grew.

Today the importance of vegetarianism is understood multiple. There are several reasons for choosing it.

* Vegetarian health and nutrition
* Vegetarian for ecological reasons
* A fight against animal cruelty as defined by (PETA)
* Beliefs spiritual and religious

To begin with vegetarian cuisine is very simple. All you need do is know the foods that combine well to make it more delicious and plentiful recipes. A vegetarian dish is similar to a meat based one. For instance open meals with snacks followed with soups, breads and salads. Then the main course also includes pastas, stews, casseroles with rice, etc.

The easiest way to start is the choice of seasonal vegetables / fruits, and their combination with a sauce or dressing is an easy way to start.

Then, little by little we can proceed to try varieties over the counter drugs. A cookbook or sources Free Internet is a great help to learn more about vegetarianism, especially for a new student.

An easy recipe to cook vegetables

1 tablespoon – Oil
1 cup – diced vegetables
1 / 4 tsp – minced garlic
1 N – Spring white onion
1 / 2 tbsp – chopped coriander
1 / 2 teaspoon – Lemon juice
1 tbsp – soy sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Take a set of fresh vegetables of your choice. Prepare a simple sauce. Sauté the vegetables and serve with rice or noodles. Alternatively, prepare a marinade by mixing all ingredients. Stir the roasted vegetables and serve it.
