What should I eat vegetarian food?
Ok, so I've been vegetarian for about five years and am very proud of it. I'd say I'm very healthy … I like a lot of fruit and vegetables and also eat vegetable nuggets, burgers, corn dogs, etc., but here's the problem: my parents are saying that I am very healthy. Really do not think I am, but is there anything else that I could eat vegetarian / vegan? I do not really like milk, what can I do about this problem? My parents are getting very angry with me for that. Oh and by the way, I'm almost 14. Do not say you should not be vegetarian because I'm not proteins. That's not true, so do not judge me. Oh recipes would be good. Thank you! =)
HEY! I've been a vegetarian all my life and I'm 13. My Mom is a vegetarian and she is a proffesional chef. She is constantly making new things, is working on her cookbook 4, owned a bakery and a restarant (sold), and always cooking for my family. So I hear some things that are really easy, healthy and delicious. For breakfast, I like to have eggs tofu. It is soooooo good. I know the pickest dining and she will eat nothing but white rice. And she loves him! So what you do is: Heat skillet high heat for 1 minute. Spray Pam or olive oil spread. Mash up the tofu in the pan to have little pieces of tofu soysauce Pour over …….. THEN THE BEST PART Nutritional yeast will …. its so good. but when you have, since in some. Perhaps half a cup. More or less. Depending on how you want it. Feel free to add more than soysauce. When done, mix everything and have a toast on the side! I want you to know that smoothies are really heallthy. And not always need yogurt or milk. Frozen fruits, like berries, bananas, peaches WATEVER. Pour soy milk about three quaters of the road. u can add dates inches or agave nectar make it sweet. Optional: To make your parents really proud, add flax seeds. They do not know how much reaaaaallllllyyyyyyyy and thy're healthy. I know it's easy for me because I have a mother who supports me and you can cook, but you can do the same. I suggest you buy some cookbooks. And you can ask me anything for more recipes. GOOD LUCK!! AND REMEMBER …….. we're all proud of you for saving animals. Preson ONE CAN really make a difference
