7 days a vegetarian diet plan?
My goal is to lose about a stone in weight and would like to do it so you can maintain healthy weight! You can think of an easy to follow the plan that is not too expensive to maintain, fairly quick to prepare and healthy !!!!! and most importantly a vegetarian! alternatively, Does anyone know of a website that gives good advice?
If you want to lose weight fast, do the following-Start the day with drinking water glass 1.2. Drinking tea no sugar or coffee then take oats, fruit and low fat milk for breakfast at lunch can be taken without cream soups, whole wheat bread or brown rice, vegetables and salads. In the afternoon you can take tea or coffee, sugar, wheat crackers and some fresh fruit (I recommend taking the whole fruit instead of taking as whole fruit juice contains a large amount of fiber.) The new restaurant has taken a light meal similar to lunch. Avoid junk food completely or only once a week (as you want to lose weight fast weight) Do some brisk walking in the evening or morning, when you time. We hope this helps u.
