Can a gluten-free vegetarian diet be nutritionally balanced? What happens during pregnancy?

I was diagnosed celiac, so so I have to be free of gluten. I would like to stop eating animals, but I worry that suffer nutritional balance. Beans are high in iron? What other thing could get enough iron? What additional nutrients I should look out for me to miss with a restrictive diet?

I'm no vegetarian gluten:) No doubt can be balanced. I'm assuming that if you are pregnant, taking prenatal vitamins you should cover almost all the essential elements, including iron. However, beans contain good amounts of iron, an even better bet would be to eat plenty of green leafy vegetables and sesame seeds (which are more calcium than milk and lots of iron) so you know, not really as restrictive as it seems. The only problem I have is eating out (restaurants or homes of others) where I feel stress and anxiety are sometimes a mini haha attack. So include things like beans, nuts, seeds, vegetables, fruits, grains (rice, quinoa, teff and are examples of gluten free grains, all delicious, too) I suggest, if you are pregnant you should take a prenatal vitamin, however. Many people go through pregnancy and a vegetarian or vegan, and many spend at a celiac. I'm sure the combination would be fine.
