Can anyone give me a balanced diet chart for a man of sedentary habits vegetarian?

Diet chart? You do not really need. Choose fresh fruit, vegetables, a small amount of nuts and legumes for protein, and try to vary your diet vegetarian a little. Make it simple to eat unprocessed whole fresh foods. It's that easy. Keep it Low Cal, and try to get as much walking as you can. Do whatever you around your house as you, such as gardening or woodworking. If you can, do some weight lifting. Even better, a bit of jogging if his health permits.
