I really want to be a vegetarian. Help?
Okay, so my parents are not really support this because my mother did not want to change any of our meals and she will not respond to my needs (such as not eating meat) Also, what are good foods to Vegso? I do not really like seafood. Or squash. Yuck. So anyway, what do I do with my parents, and what foods? Oh yes, any suggestions on how to become one. See, the problem is, I like meat. And it will be very difficult for me to completely stop eating. Therefore, any suggestion on how to stop? yes, I know this is an issue long, well, I thank you all for answering in advance!
Congratulations! I'm a vegetarian, and was fortunate to be educated in a vegan household. Never I tasted meat and I do not think. I have a friend who became vegetarian when I was 8 years old. He realized that the animals were his friends, and she did not want eat your friends. His parents agreed, and she became one. So, here are some steps to help you become one. TEN KEY STEPS: 1 — Tell parents that this is what you really want 2 – Get prescriptions outside the network and show your mother. Say it is not difficult after all. 3 – Help your parents cook meals, and encourage to try it. 4 – Tell them how you feel after not eating meat. Most people say how they feel energitic. 5 – If you can not come to buy food, ask him a week to test and see how it goes. Then you can say that improvements have occurred and let you get one weeks more. 6 – The change is invetible. It happens whether we like it or not. We can not stop change. That change will forever and always. Tell your parents about the change, and how good to have a change. 7 – Find articles and books that can show your parents, so they can learn about the benefits of not eating meat. 8 – Tell them to all vegetarians celebrities in the world (you can find a list on the network). 9 – My mother ate meat, but then she changed. She liked, but felt it was wrong to do so. As it did, you can change. I have no idea what his motivation is, but if strong enough, that will change. Persevere, and you will. 10 – More than anything, take it easy. Some people can quit right away, but if you want, only beef and reduced to once every few days, once a week, and so on. Or, you can stop eating different types of meat. , The cow than a week after the next sheep Ps .. There are millions of meals you can eat. If you have any difficulty the network search, and PETA can also ask if you live in the U.S., or have a similar organization that is in their country. Good luck and remember: the animals depend on you!
