If I switch to soy milk, how can I get calcium?
I'm a vegetarian who does not eat no meat or fish or eggs.
Most soy milks are fortified with calcium, and have more calcium than cow's milk. I drink soy milk has 33% more calcium from cow's milk. Fortified orange juice is also a great source of calcium. For more ideas, try doing a Google search for "vegan sources of calcium. You should be more concerned by vitamin D. Depending on what the weather is like where you live and the amount of sun exposure you receive each day, you may want to take a vitamin supplement D2.
