Can anyone suggest some good vegetarian recipes?
I'm allergic to seafood and dairies can not stand the taste of meat. I could eat eggs without any problems, and beans sometimes upset my stomach. For all these problems, can anyone suggest some vegetarian lunch simple / dinner recipes? Thanx!
My personal favorite, and easy way is to make a vegetable soup – basically the vegetables you want, but I like the carrot, celery, tomato chunks, potatoes and squash, grains such as barley, rice or quinoa (keen-wa), and season as you like (I personally like teeth minced garlic and most of a handful of chopped cilantro). This is something Tex-Mex (Mexican regional variation, not real authentic Mexican food), but definitely tasty! Also, using less water to be more plentiful and less stock-and, if they feel fuller.
