How to get vegetarian essential amino acids?

I, plz help.

Certain foods such as rice and beans contain large number of amino acids. Soybeans in particular are a great source (containing all essential amino acids), maybe that's why many meat substitutes (tufurky, tofu dogs, etc) are made from their products.
