veganism

Most of the unhappiness comes from resisting life. Sometimes we have a strong commitment to change the world order that is worth fighting against the flow of life. Maybe you have a cause, as the universal veganism – your life is committed to the prevention of one or more of the animals from being eaten by someone. But most people not have that kind of dedication to a cause, and even those who do, there is plenty of daily life that is not related to a particular issue of principle. However, we live our lives as if every minor event was a matter of life or death.

Our favorite restaurant is out today's special board. The bananas in the supermarket are all green. The drawbridge is stuck in the position of "up". We demand the world, these demands untreated, and we become disappointed and angry. Is it just human nature? Yes and no. It's human nature to prefer predictable, but this preference becomes in highly exaggerated in some societies. Twenty First Century America, especially in dense urban areas has become the epitome of the expectations and demands, which inevitably to disappointment and anger as the world does not meet these expectations. Demanding that the world responds to our expectations has become a bad habit that causes great unhappiness. But it need not be. We can break the bad habit of being unhappy.

Think life is like a mighty river like the Mississippi or the Amazon. Sometimes River floods, sometimes silent. Sometimes he cuts a new course, drowning some farmland and leaving some old river bottom high and dry. One can fight The Curse of the rivers and their vicissitudes, or you could navigate the river, fish in the river, drink from the river, irrigation of crops in the river, and live happily on the River. The fight against life, as the fight against a mighty river is a waste of energy and annoying. Within the sets of limitations of life and within from their whims, they still have considerable freedom of action. We can fully express our commitments and live life to the fullest without fighting it.

To go with the flow of life without compromising their values:

1. Viewing life as a river, and the challenge of living as a river pilot. Keep your eyes enough far downstream, which can smoothly maneuver toward its target using the force of the river to feed his trip. Think of setting its course as the game is. Beyond that life, but do not try to overpower it.

2. Remember that life is serious. You already know the end result of life-1, -0. So have fun in their run River.

3. Take time for yourself. Breathe deeply. Take a leisurely stroll. Spending time alone in a natural setting and enjoy the stillness.

4. Clear your mind of everything you thought you knew. Be like a child not to have preconceived ideas of how life should end. Visualize pouring water into a cup. That is like life flowing in a young child. Now visualize trying to pour the clear water in a cup full of mud. That's like creating flow resistance of the expectations and demands you are trying to put on life.

5. Be grateful for life. Be thankful you're alive. It is to be thankful for life is to be like a starving person is endowed with a steak and complains it's hard.

6. Dance slightly with life. Dancing with life is like dancing with an elephant. She makes a couple happy as long as you watch his movements, responsive, and no steps.
