Vegan nutrition advice wanted …?
I'm an athlete of 17 years old vegan. I've been vegetarian for two years. I am a competitive swimmer and my times have been going downhill a couple of months now … in other words, I'm getting faster. I am also feeling more tired, low power consumption more energy out of shape, and just in general. I am very aware of my protein intake, calorie intake, and also taking an iron, calcium and supplements protein. I'm 5'7 "and 108 pounds. I can not seem to gain muscle and keep my energy as the other swimmers do. Any advice?
youre skinny … Seems to lose muscle very quickly. Theres nothing more serious than aerobic and resistance that can be done. Also other take high-protein, you should take the required number of carbohydrates and fat per day … coz you do not want to be thinner. Id imagine a good athlete despite a height from 130 to 140 books … so frankly you are not doing very well …
