What are some healthy vegan meals without …?
No, fake meat tofu (my store or Walmart doesn't have, I even asked. U can believe it?) Nutritional yeast (again, the stores dont have it) the only substitute you have is soy milk, but I have plenty of vegetables, fruit, brown rice and white ….. a lot of things but can substitute for things I digress: P not good or tempeh or seitan eggplant
