Being from San Diego, I love Mexican food, but it is very difficult to find authentic Mexican food in the area of Tampa Bay. Well, my friend and I were looking for a place to eat one night after battling out in go-cart track. He had had a relationship so long however, and while looking around for a place for lunch I had done something very embarrassing. I made a joke of the Innocents in it and although it was not that bad of a joke, I never realized soon after that, well, April was not. So I bombed pretty hard and I have since heard of him in it so it looks like a million times. But I have an excuse. I was so fascinated by it and attracted to it so that I could not act normal. I try very hard too and so far I still find myself doing silly things no sense at all only because she, in a sort of way, I launched out of control due to what I feel for her. I have no real explanation for it.

Fortunately that night however, I found Casa Tina in Dunedin, FL. and even throughout the night still gave me was to get my April Fool's joke, House Tina always end (well, The end of the night out) that helped me a great night and one of them and will never forget.

Casa Tina is a little more beyond gourmet. Its dishes are authentic, nutritious and freshly prepared. They do not use lard, use a minimum amount of salt and oil, and every dish is prepared in their own living.

During that visit to the House of Tina was her favorite of the house that are the enchiladas in red sauce – three corn tortillas stuffed with meat, vegetables or cheese and topped with spicy red sauce, onions and sour cream and it was just fabulous. Sure you can get enchiladas at all Mexican restaurants, but for some reason, Tina House enchilada just rocked!

The restaurant has become popular among vegetarians as well, because they use fresh ingredients and a menu selection which has many entries that do not include meat or can be prepared without it. All you can do cook vegetarian style, if not for meat and dairy products last.

Even snacks at Casa Tina are especially tasty, prepared in creative ways, such as cactus salad, a Mexican plant tender cilantro, tomato, onion, lemon and white cheese or tortilla soup is homemade the server with or without chicken. All tables also receive complimentary tortilla chips and homemade salsa and let me tell you the sauce is to die for.

Besides the food, my friend and I enjoyed a nice, small, friendly and a little romantic experience Tina's House. The interior colors, has few strands of lights hanging inside and gives only a very comfortable feeling.

If you are ever in Dunedin, Florida, which is off the Intracoastal Waterway between Clearwater and Palm Harbor, you have to eat or dine at the House of Tina. Everything is very affordable and gourmet. I have returned to her many times and have never, my girlfriend or my friends always disappointed. You will not be disappointed!
