Are there any good vegan / vegetarian restaurants around the Minneapolis area?

I live in St. Paul and there are many who are completely vegetarians, but many people have many vegetarian options. Hard times coffee is good. Everest on Grand is a great, Tibetan / Indian place. They all products: samosas, many vegetarian curry, noodles, ravioli, etc. Holy Land on Central Ave Deli has felafel Amazing. Get the felafel pita sandwich and you will not be disappointed. I liked the spinach pie, but there were big yellow rice, very tasty. Bombay 2 Deli was another good Indian food, but it closed, I think.
