Cornish pasta recipes for vegetarian?

I would like to try vegetarian Cornish pasties, and would appreciate your recipe. thanks!

Cook until the vegetables you like – I like carrots, parsnips, potatoes, green beans, corn. Til they are almost ready to cook in vegetable broth. Then thicken cornstartch mix the juice with water. Add seasoning you like – I like meat flavoring, and that seems to have everything in it. Take a refrigerated pie crust. Cut in half. Divide the vegetables in each half and place and seal. Put in baking pan with edges. Slit the dough to let out steam. Bake as package directs and check after about 20 minutes to see if done. Oh boy. Sounds good to me.
