Good vegan / vegetarian recipes online?
I just finished the book Skinny Bitch and I was really surprised by what I read. I've been trying to change my diet, but I'm hard where to start, as I have a 22 month old and am breastfeeding my son 4 months old. I need some ideas on what are basic to my pantry and what should I include in this type of diet for my little ones. Does anyone know of a good meal plan can be done with or just some good ideas on where to start.
Skinny B! Tch is planner guide food but is not intended for lactating women. Dreen Burton "Vive le Vegan" has tips on a vegan diet for pregnant women and children through age 18. www.vegweb.com has tons of recipes. If Google can find tips on how to be a vegan mother.
