Can you give me advice on healthy?
Hello, I'm trying to change my way of eating – that is, least of all junk food and soda to logging zero. If I were to say the day and plan a menu for the day: Breakfast: 1 6-ounce Yoplait yogurt 1 large cup (APX 12 ounces) of coffee W. non-fat cream (French vanilla) Snack 2 Mandarins Clementine (the smallest) Lunch 1 / 2 (small) can tuna salad 12 oz iced tea – prepared in home, without added sugar Snack handful of carrot sticks Dinner 1.5 cups homemade bean soup navy – small salad vegetarian – 1 tablespoon of salad some 8 oz milk type and 8 cups of water if it is a typical meal plan would be good? Is it too much, too little? I'm 290 pounds and walk 4 times a week, yoga, 5 days a week and strength training 3 days a week for now.
That seems like a great meal plan for me. I can tell you're serious about get healthy because it puts much effort and thought into this menu. It really is a hard thing for some poeple do. Your exercise regime is fine too! I'm pretty sure you will see results. I am including a website that can help further. It asks for your current weight, ideal weight, height and age, then tells you how many calories you need per day to reach your ideal weight. One of the best sites I've seen. Check it out! And good luck to you!
