Really easy vegetarian recipes?

I'm a vegetarian, but I am a confessed lazy I'm afraid! They do not tend to cook dinner, beyond the simple things like pasta and vegetarian convenience. I really want to do something about it, because I'm sure it's not the healthiest way. I've been looking on the website of the Vegetarian Society, but all of his suggestions include lots and lots of ingredients – just do not have the time or skills for this! vegetarian Could you please give me your favorite and most simple ideas for dinner? Thank you!

Bake potatoes Meanwhile fry the onion and mushrooms to the form that you want. When the potatoes are cut in half scoop out place in a container filled with mushroom onion mixture add a can of baked beans (if used cheaper grain may need a little liquid to drain first) stir. Divide mixture evenly between the skins with grated cheese and pop under the grill so Simple, but oh so nice and you can add your own touches to personalize it (meatier sausage can add bacon, etc)
