It seems like everyday there is a new trend of healthy foods, nutrients, or supplement on the market and all claim to be the "miracle food" that the world been looking for. It may be easy to get lost in the confusion of nutrition information when the "experts" are saying to eat more eggs, eat less eggs, red wine, stay away from all alcohol, eating lots of red meat then six months later, the advice is "go vegan". To clarify some of the confusion up, let's talk about one who is a well-defined in any diet, Omega-3 fatty acids.

What are Omega-3 fatty acids? From the family of unsaturated fatty acids, which in fact can not be synthesized by the human body, but is used by the body to form other fatty acids are nutrients essential. Any nutrients that can enhance immune function and brain health is well worth assimilating into the diet.

What foods are rich in omega-3 fatty acids? Recently there has been a growing tendency to "strengthen" foods with Omega-3 fatty acids, such as bread, pizza, yogurt, juices, milk and even baby food. However, it is entirely possible, and preferable, to get all their nutrients from natural sources. One of the known sources is better and more fish. Oily, cold water fish are the best options for high levels of nutrients. Many nutritionists recommend fish and Alaska seafood as a tasty and healthy option, and a safe bet when looking for the best nutritional option. Flax seed, linseed oil, black raspberry, walnut ashen, walnuts, hazelnuts and walnuts are good sources, such as eggs, meat, milk and cheese from grain-fed beef, natural green and diets.

It is easy start working in the health-conscious diet that includes Omega-3 fatty acids, just head to your local grocery store, organic market, farmers market, seafood store, and ask about the many delicious diet options.
