Best Vegetarian / Vegan Restaurants in Portland, OR?
Hi everyone! I am a vegetarian living in Portland, Oregon. I was wondering if anyone else has been to vegetarian restaurants in and around P-town. I've been to Cafe Vita Coffee and paradox and love them both, but want to diversify. Thanks a lot!
I agree, Vita and Paradox are great. Portland is a city-to-use vegan there are dozens of places that use vegetables. One of my favorites is a place of Ethiopia in E. Broadway (Near Lloyd Center) called Blue Nile. Also in E. Broadway, Cha Cha Cha de Mexico has a huge vegetable burritos and cheap. Dove Vivi is on a vegetarian pizza dough cornmeal. Yum! And Hala already has some of the best Lebanese food I've eaten. These are all places to use vegetables that also serve meat. If only want to eat at vegetarian restaurants, http://www.vegguide.org/region/116 has 166 restaurants in Portland, and vegetarians are clearly marked. Like vegguide even HappyCow better, though both are good resources. Bon appetit!
