Where can I find the cheapEST vegetarian grocery stores / markets (not restaurants) in Manhattan?

Trader Joe’s believe it or not-I find has better prices than my regular grocery stores and farmer markets.

Bagged lettuces, spinanch, etc sell from1.99-2.29
Hummus, all kinds of dried nuts and fruits are very inexpensive
Vegeterian sushi is also like 3.29-3.99

Frozen veggies like asparagus, corn, french green beans, artichokes, etc

Soy and Rice milk are also inexpensive
Veggie burgers/and vegan meals are inexpensive also
