It fills you up a few hours. If I felt like I was coming out, maybe he actually did twice during the entire diet, you just go and eat something. I do not eat breakfast, only coffee. It did not use once .. haha not healthy at all. But it worked. Once I was happy with my weight I started eating more slowly. Now as 1200-1600, as a day and have not won any of the weight back.
