Make your friends understand that you are a vegetarian. Enforce its decisions. A good example would be to get test some food and taste what you eat.

5. Do not compare yourself with other vegetarians.
If you are reading magazines or vegan items talk to vegetarians for a long time, then realize that everyone has something to say. And they say they have the best solution for you. Well, ignore them. Do not compare yourself with your body and nobody else! Want to be a vegetarian for their own reasons. So finding what's right for you and feel comfortable with their decisions.

6. Time matters
Feel free to start a vegan diet at any time of year. But be wise. Remember that if you start during the summer have the chance to try lots of fruits and vegetables.
