The vegetarian diet plan for vegan diets consist of two main parts: Part is on page 31 "Vegetarian Lifestyle" of the document. (See Table of Contents below). The second part of the program is in 90-Day Meal Plans – one for women and another for men. Each of the plans are around 175 pages. Kardena offers vegetarian recipes to 5 meals a day – two of which are sandwiches. The recipes are easy to assemble and have a modest amount of time to prepare. An affinity for cooking is necessary. Membership includes access to his blog that provides additional information and new recipes.
Also included for subscribers is the "Quick Start Guide" that comes in a document of 17 pages and 45 minutes of video. Here Kardena is interviewed by Craig Ballantyne, known trainer, nutritionist, and author of "The turbulence training "and other books. This material discusses issues common to start in switching to a vegetarian lifestyle. In addition, subscribers receive the" Bonds Rapid Action, "including" Defending You Diet – How to deal with Veggie Haters "and shake recipes.
Easy Veggie Meals plans is full of information and numerous recipes for a vegetarian diet plan for vegan diets. This program requires some assembly for meals – as some skills kitchen are required.
