Need ideas vegetarian buffet menu plan ..?
I'n not yet sure whether the event will be in the afternoon or evening, but I'm looking for ideas for what they have in the buffet. The event will be in the summer so you do not want a bunch of hot food ideas. Inappropriate responses will be reported. I love the salad bar idea! Any ideas how to make a large scale? So now I have sliced tomatoes with basil balsamic dressing on a salad, tossed salad beans, fruit salad, pasta salad. Any ideas fill? Vegetarians DO NOT eat shrimp and chicken soup. Please do not respond to the ideas contained dead animals.
If you want something unique and exciting to try a good gazpacho. Gazpacho is a cold soup, ideal for summer dining. My favorite recipie mango gazpacho is full of fruit cool. It is sweet and refreshing: INGREDIENTS 2 cups fresh mango 1/4-inch-diced 2 cups orange juice 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 1 seedless cucumber, diced 1/4-inch 1 small red pepper, seeded and cut into 1/4-inch dice 1 small onion, cut into 1/4-inch dice 2 medium garlic cloves, minced 1 small jalapeno chile, seeded and chopped (optional) 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, basil or cilantro Salt and freshly ground black pepper —————— —————————– ——————————— INSTRUCTION: The process of mango, orange juice and oil in a blender processor until puree. Transfer to a medium bowl, along with the ingredients remaining. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve. (Can be made several hours before serving.)
