What are some vegetarian cookbooks with healthy recipes gourmet?
I am looking for a cookbook that has some really good gourmet vegetarian recipes for appetizers, main dishes and sides. I love Southwest / Mexican food like burritos and empanadas, but I also like Italian and Asian. Can anyone recommend some good cookbooks with great flavor, Gourmet, healthy vegetarian recipes? Thank you.
