What are the best foods that are healthy and keep you full?

I wonder what foods are healthy and keep you full for longer time. Not as red meat and I like to eat chicken that much. (I'm trying to be vegetarian, but still going to eat fish and seafood). I like a lot of alternatives Morningstar Farms vegetarian, Quorn, and the vegetarian / vegan enchilada found in Stop & Shop made by amy. I also try to eat 2-3 pieces of fruit a day. By I usually eat a salad every night, and some vegetables, but otherwise I'm not very good to eat lots of vegetables. Can anyone recommend good carbs in certain foods and nutritional value of fruits and vegetables all (maybe put a link on your answer?) I also always eat those cream-filled chocolate cupcakes hostess, are there ways to get rid of those cravings? also the recommendations on good healthy snacks? Sorry this is so long, but my parents are not exactly the most healthy. Also, why is it bad to eat after 7:00 pm and before 6:00 am? Thanks!

As mentioned earlier, protein-rich foods fuller keep any longer. Foods high in fiber, like whole grains, fruits and vegetables have about the same effect. For vegetables, I love chewing carrot or celery dipped in peanut butter. Other healthy snacks are a handful of nuts, a bowl of healthy cereal (Cheerios are my favorites), the apples drizzled with honey and low fat cheese. Well, here's how to get rid of those desires. Provided that it seems one, eat something else, like one of the healthy snacks I just mentioned. Another strategy is to keep your hands busy. The exercise is obviously the best option, but playing video games if necessary. The good thing is, only must remain a day for six weeks. After a while, if your body does not consume a food, it stops cravings. So if you can not eat one for about 6 weeks, the cycle must be broken. Ignore time constraints. The point is, you should not eat less than three hours before bedtime. I guess someone assumes that everyone lies at 10. And completely ignore the other candy. It is healthier for a person to eat within the first hour they are awake. Help speed up your metabolism for the day. Good luck!
