South Beach Diet !!!!! How much is lost in phase 1? How much can I expect to lose in phase 1?
I was reading a thread and people were saying that the book is misleading, and only lost 3.8 pounds on the South Beach Diet Phase One while the book says 8-13. im 5'6 and 133. I want to lose 19 pounds by 23 August (after the starting phase 3 patients to maintain). If I run 20 minutes a day (4xweekly), do 40 minutes of other aerobic exercise high energy (4xweekly) and pilates 3 times a week for 40 minutes as my Strength / toning. more than an hour of hip hop Sunday. look how much weight am pouring in Phase 1 for 2 weeks? (after phase 1 meal plan, but no meat or eggs I am vegetarian) how much is lost in phase 1?
I definitely lost 13 pounds (and counting:) in Phase 1, including exercise and dance.
